It’s important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery
Local Deliveries are made from 10am-4Pm on Monday-Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Motocross Graphix , Siliguri . After placing your order, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 days business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not refund for any products once order is printed . All products are print on demand order cannot be cancelled once printed.
We offer replacement up to 3 days after delivery, only if the item is damaged while transport, and we will replace the product with a new one . Customers must pay only shipping charges for the replacement
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at motocrossgraphix@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
